Urban Design
Overview
This project, which won first prize in the competition, was developed in collaboration with Netzwerkarchitekten and Tragraum Engineers. The concept centers around establishing a seamless connection between Darmstadt’s publishing district and the city center while ensuring the new building is harmoniously integrated into the existing urban fabric.
Our team was responsible for the greening aspects, focusing on the efficient use of resources to design a sustainable building. Through strategic planning and innovative green solutions, we aimed to create a microclimate, fostering an environment that seamlessly blends sustainability and ecological balance.
